Brustralia Foodies munching again!

Brustralia 2 is coming soon! Following on from the highly successful inaugural Brustralia Foodies event last year, the Brunei-Australia Alumni is hosting Brustralia 2 from 3 – 6 pm on Sunday 5^th June.

This year’s event, to be held at the Australian High Commissioner’s Residence House on Jalan Kota Batu, is open to all Bruneians who have studied or worked in Australia and Australians currently in Brunei. It will be a great opportunity to rekindle old friendships and make new acquaintances, while sharing and enjoying good food, an activity which is close to the heart of Bruneians and Australians alike.

A food tasting competition will be held and prizes awarded for the best dishes brought along by those attending, which can be salads, mains or deserts. The theme is Australian or Brunei food in origin (or fusion dishes as long as they are Halal).

A raft of great food related prizes are up for grabs, sponsored by The Australian Trade Commission, Bintang Ria Sdn Bhd, Teeyem Majeed Supermarket, Ghanim International, SAHO Sdn Bhd, and BAG Networks Sdn Bhd.
